Taizhou Dacheng Automobile Maintenance Equipment Co.,Ltd, in order to improve employees mechanical skills and theoretical knowledge, organized a series of mechanical manufacturing technology trainings to enhance their accomplishments, including 19 courses such as Quality Management System, Auto Computer Aided Design, Machining Process Technology, CNC Milling Programming and the like.The training starts in March 2021 and lasts for one year.

Celebrated professors, even the dean of the school of mechanical and electrical engineering in Taizhou Vocational and Technical College, a famous higher vocational college in Taizhou, were invited to teach them. Workers came to classes every Saturday morning, rain or shine.

In Computer Room they were taught to draw a machine part via CAD and in CNC milling machine workshop, process it. Nothing is possible to a willing heart.
